FOURflasks
These Terms are a draft for the period while VisioneerLabs LLC completes formation, EIN, and banking. A lawyer will review them. By using Fourflasks you agree to this version until it is replaced.
The Service is operated by VisioneerLabs LLC, a United States limited liability company, doing business as Fourflasks (“we,” “us,” “our”). Fourflasks is a product name and assumed name of VisioneerLabs LLC, not a separate company.
Fourflasks scores language in a sample of public headlines and shows those scores as flasks and charts. Scores are 0 to 100 shares of wording in that sample. They are not prices, probabilities, or predictions.
Fourflasks is not a forecasting tool, not a trading tool, not investment advice, not legal or news advice, and not a substitute for reading the underlying outlets. Celestial marks on paid charts are calendar dates only. They do not score the news and they are not astrology or guidance.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred under U.S. law.
Free use does not require a paid plan. Paid history and chart tools require a subscription.
Until Stripe checkout is live, any Unlock control is a placeholder and does not charge you. When billing is live:
Free: current flasks, headline sample, last 24 hours of history, no drawing tools, no celestial indicators.
Paid ($5 per month, prepaid): history beyond 24 hours; monthly, quarterly, and yearly views; trend line and Fibonacci tools; celestial indicators.
We may change features or prices with notice on the site. A price change applies to the next prepaid month, not a month already paid. Paid history only includes dates our shared clock actually stored.
You may view, cite, and share screenshots of the public flasks with credit to Fourflasks and a link to fourflasks.com.
You may not scrape, bulk-copy, or resell our scores or history; reverse engineer the Service in order to clone it; interfere with the site or the clock; use the Service as if it were trading or investment advice from us; or imply that VisioneerLabs LLC or Fourflasks endorses a trade, party, or outlet.
Headlines come from third-party feeds. Those outlets own their words. We show short titles to explain a reading. Feeds can fail or lag. Scores can stay flat when the sample stays similar.
Fourflasks, the four-letter color lockup, the four-bar icon, the flask layout, and related marks are owned by VisioneerLabs LLC. All rights reserved. You receive a limited license to use the public site. You do not own our software, scores, design, or brand. You may not use our logos or name on merchandise, apps, or domains without written permission from VisioneerLabs LLC.
BBC, The New York Times, Stripe, and other third-party names belong to their owners.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES ARE COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING TRADING OR RESEARCH PUBLICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VISIONEERLABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST TRADES, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
You will defend and hold VisioneerLabs LLC harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Service or your use of our scores as advice.
We may store a paid-status flag, technical logs, and (when Stripe is live) a Stripe customer id. We do not sell email lists. We do not collect emails yet. If that changes, we will say so on the site.
We may suspend the Service for abuse, nonpayment, or legal risk. We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which VisioneerLabs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise. Venue is in the state and federal courts of that state, unless the law requires another forum.
